An International Development Management Expert, specialized in Trade and SMEs Development, Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning carrying over eighteen (18) years in the Development Management Practices in Tanzania, South African and Norway, Of recently, Kinyagu has contributed to the growth and development of KADERES Peasants Development Public Limited Company (KPD PLC) that was Awarded as a Second Runner-up Winner for Agribusiness Category early August 2023 under the African Company of the Year (AKOYA) Award 2023 that was held at Mlimani City Dar es Salaam. He will be pivotal to the implementation of the Initiatives’ strategies that will be put in place to adhere to the key priority areas. Apart from the M&E expertise, His experience both at national and international assignments under the International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC), He undertook several deployments for technical support for Global Facilitate For Climate Change Services (GFCS) Evaluation Programme for IFRC in Malawi, 2015 and 2016, Represented IFRC in the Global Platform for Monitoring Evolution and Reporting Technological Conference as one among the Key Conference Presenters that took place in London in 2017.
